Lines: 13 Concerning the format of the form.dvi file: It is a great paper saver if you happen to use civilized paper sizes. The size is A5. Two A5 pages make one A4 sheet. (Napoleon thought this out: A0 has a surface of 1 m^2 and the ratio's are 1/sqrt(2)). With some experimenting you can probably also put two A5 pages on a letter size page.
