Are you using autodial or manual dialing? Which comm program(s), if any, have you tried? What is your Modem setup (from the Set-up screen)? If it appears that your computer can't access the modem, you should try running the Rainbow diagnostic to check out your comm port. This is an $80 hardware unit that goes under the clock oscillator and speeds up the rate to 12MHz. Users report that it works.
