	What are the transfer rates for various hard disk formats on a
	80286 or 80386 pc clone? Specifically, how fast can an MFM format
	hard disk using a 1:1 16 bit controller transfer data? And the same
	for an RLL and ESDI format hard disk, and any other formats if you
	know of them. Usually such figures are given in bits/s or bytes/s.
