I have a 386 clone with AMI bios, 4Mb Ram, WD1007 ESDI interface and Orchid VGA, running under MS-DOS 4.01. I would like to use the Microsoft EMM386.SYS driver in order to emulate the LIM-EMS protocol and use my extra memory under Windows... It works fine...for a while, and then I always get the following message: >> EMM386 EXCEPTION ERROR #02 - >> @3046:0020048xxxx 0784 (This error come when trying to scroll a window) And this error is of course not in the Microsoft Documentation... I've tried to use a different memory buffer address (EMM386 option "Mn"), but without any good result. Any idea ? Thanks ! PS: Please answer by E-mail (rlacoste@laas.laas.fr)
