Adaptec makes such a beast.  The part numbers and descriptions:

ACB-5580AD	10MBit SMD to Diferential SCSI
ACB-5585	15MBit ESMD to Single ended SCSI
ACB-5585D	15Mbit ESMD to Single ended SCSI
