Hmm.. I have a paradise VGA 16+ card, which has an "extended bios" that 
QEMM does not notice on its own.  To get the system to work, I have to 
use one of:
	EXCLUDE=A000-BFFF ROM=C000-C7FF
or
	EXCLUDE=A000-C7FF
Give it a try!
