Lines: 30 Here are the results of the 3.30 vs 4.01 poll. It turns out to be very close vote. 19 votes (43%) for 3.30 21 votes (48%) for 4.01 4 votes ( 9%) for liking 3.30 & 4.01 equally well People have also sent me many comments on what they like or didn't like about 3.30 and 4.01. o 3.30 is limited by 32MB in its hard disk partitions while 4.01 can have much larger partitions. o 4.01 installation was cumbersome while it was more straight forward with 3.30 o 4.01 uses more RAM (70K) than 3.30. o TSR's running on 3.30 might not run in 4.01. o People had mixed reviews with 4.01's dos shell. Some people liked it, some didn't. o The DOS commands in 4.01 were improved over that of 3.30 o 4.01 has some extras such as a better file handling, EMS386.SYS driver that allows the use of 384K extended memory and GRAPHICS.COM for CGA & VGA use.
