Depends on what size hard disk I have. 4.0 supports disks to 512MB. 3.3 does not. Partitioning can be a real drag in many situations. So if I have a large hard disk (>32MB) I would go to 4.0 for the large disk support. Otherwise I would go with 3.3 as it takes up about 10K less memory.
