Does anyone know what the functions for pins on a CGA card are.  I
want to hook up a non-standard (or at least non-PC) RGB monitor to
my PC.

Also, if any one knows the same for the printer port, it would
save me a lot of time trying to figure it out with an ohm meter,
printer cable, and my printer manual.
