All Tech Notes are available via anonymous ftp from apple.com (aliased as
apple.apple.com for some sites; either should work).  Look in pub/dts/mac/tn
and you should see the relevant directories.  They are organized into
subdirectories of 50 Notes each, plus a subdirectory for the TN Stack.
