We buy our MD8 sockets for the MultiGate from:

I think they have the Hosedin range. Anybody else needing connectors etc....

I rang them (to get their new FAX number - they moved), and they
recommended contacting their Adelaide office on 08-213-6505, as they
handle Perth.
