Has anyone used Easy Envelopes+ 1.3c successfully with a DeskWriter?
I tried it once with my ImageWriter II just before I switched to the
DeskWriter, and it worked fine.  On the DeskWriter, a system error
occurs just after pressing "OK" in the Print dialog box.

I am *not*
(1)  forgetting to choose the DeskWriter driver
(2)  forgetting to go through the Page Setup dialog by option-clicking
     the Print button in Easy Envelopes
