Well, the statements I made happen to be true nonetheless. Not everyone who has an ImageWriter II has had your experience, although some have. An ImageWriter that can only rarely get through a page without screwing up is not properly adjusted, and the dealer should not be charging you for adjustment if it cannot be adjusted. You might try a different dealer. Ask whether your printer has all the upgrades that have been issued -- there are several, and they make a great deal of difference. > Believe me, the #&^* printer is never unattended.
