Engineering, Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA Lines: 11 the color NeXT WDEF init (v1.2, nov. 10, 1989) has a minor incompatibility with MacWrite II. I actually like the init a lot but i can't use it when i use the "Find/Change" menu entry in MacWrite II. the init causes the "Find/Change" dialog box to become invisible and thus useless. the problem was verified on a vanilla system 6.0.2 running on a Mac II with no other inits except the color NeXT WDEF init. the init also seems to work fine with dozens of other inits/cdevs, DAs and applications except for the problem mentioned above. guess it's back to the drawing board for eric, jbx & josh. -dave- hairston@henry.ece.cmu.edu
