I am using version 1.2 (no 'b' or 'd' or anything else after the '2') dated
April 6, 1989 12:58, with an application memory size of 500K, and have had no
problems with either ResMENU or ResCicn since switching from V1.2d4 to V1.2.
If the version isn't the problem, well..., I don't know.  Ask the author.
