A user here needs to ship some Mac IIs for temporary use while
residing in a third world country.  He does not have the original
shipping boxes.  Does anyone have any advice about:
	- shipping methods and shippers
	- shipping containers (does anyone sell some for the Mac II)
	- possible damage, reliable insurance
	- dealing with customs, on either end (he will be bringing
		them back to the US)
