Arlington, MA Lines: 20 Unitek has an ad in Macintosh News about their UniSync II VGA Monitor, a 20" RGB high resolution 1024 X 768 color monitor. The price, including card and stand is $1999! This seems too good to be true. Does anyone know anything about this monitor or have any experience with it or the Unitek company? BTW, their # is (800) 323-3244 if anyone wants to quiz them directly. I've just called (their specialist was at lunch) and am awaiting a return call. I assume the card is 8-bit, but I want to confirm this and also see what other cards (if any) would work with it. Is 24 or 32-bit color possible with this monitor in practice? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve Mason uunet!sli!steve steve@sli.uunet.uu.net
