I asked the original question on apple mice with X-windows.  A few more
questions:  Is there any technical reason that a three-button ADB mouse could
not be made?  Does anybody make one or even plan to do this? If not, why not?
How about putting the cursor keys back to normal if a 3-button mouse is used?
