Out and out misinformation, and still, shoddy >service. I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but in every organization, you will have good and bad examples of service. After I made my first APDA purchase (which was quite large) it took them all of 36 hours to deliver it to my doorstep. I have had nothing but friendly service from them. It is true that their operators don't know everything about every product, but the one time they couldn't answer my question, they immediately went and found someon who could. I certainly have no complaints (although it WOULD be nice if the prices were a bit cheaper, but that's not THEIR fault).
