I would like to chack for the presence for task swapping:  specifically, I'd
like to avoid running when the user has the ability to switch from one
application to another.  Unfortunately, I'm working w/ XCMDs within a
commercial application, & I cannot simple change the application to
avoid swapping.

Is there any test for determining whether or not the user can do context
switches?
