I have found that APDA's service is good.  All orders that I have placed with
them have arrived within 7 days (which for me is acceptable; I don't have lots
of free time to actually use the stuff anyway).

I believe that many people, after having to go through the P.I.T.A. membership
sign-up, are left with a bad impression for the rest of their lives...
