About the program Pager.c(pp327 -) in "Macintosh Programming
   Primer" by D. Mark and C. Reed.
I myself typed the source code and tried to run it
  but it didn't display pictures and no error message.
Is there any typo error or is the program wrong ?
Did anyone have same experience?
I think something is wrong with using GetIndResource.
