How can one use an 'ictb' resource to set font, etc. of the items in a
dialog? I have tried to do excactly as in IM V, but everything still
uses the system font. I am running a SE so I don't have color, but the
text characteristics should be available for all macs, right? I use System
6.0.4 and, yes, I have also created a 'dctb' resource.
