Several accounting-related questions...

 1) Does software exist to do accounting/chargeback for disk + cpu usage
    under RISC/os?

 2) (Possibly answers #1) Is the any documentation for the files contained
    in /usr/lib/acct other than the procedures themselves?

We are new to UNIX(tm)-based systems and would appreciate any helpful hints!
