I just tried installing a TEK4105 as a terminal on serial port 1 using the
icon-driven system manager.  The terminal didn't work, so I reverted to the
3.1 manual, and found 2 discrepancies:

1. In /etc/ttytype, the entry was ?tek4105  ttyd1.  I removed the ?.

2. In /etc/inittab, the entry was t1:23:.... I changed 23 to 2.

After I did this, the terminal worked fine.
