I posted one such version to alt.sources awhile back. I am working on a getting a man pages done for it before I inflict it out again :-). It works by prompting users interactively for the appropriate fields (If you have used mh, and used the prompter editor in it, it is akin to that interface). I should have it ready by this weekend. If you are interested, send me a note and I'll send you a copy.
