I'm looking for information on an official DEC patch for Ultrix 3.1
designated PATCHES.RISC-2.0-9-5-89.  It's supposed to fix some kind of
paging bug.  What exactly does it fix, and does it apply ONLY to
version 3.1?

Why don't I ask DEC?  I'm not a DEC customer.  Why am I asking?
Well, someone in Europe who has DEC customers asked me to find out.
