I'm sure that the FCC didn't start this. Phone companies *love* to get into your pocket. What about FAX's. They are similar to modems. They chew up gobs of bandwidth too. Is the FCC going to start singling out faxes? I think that the FCC needs to pull up it's pants, and straighten up...Bending over for the phone companies is not thier business.
