Wow!!!

I got quite a few more responses than I expected. I have tried to mail BTOL
to all those who asked for it. Also because of the volume of responses I have
decided to post BTOL 1.1 to NeWS-makers. Since it seems that quite a few of
you are interested in BTOL, I would like to encourage your comments on how
to improve it, what bugs to fix, etc..

To Fred Larsen in Norway, your return addresses both bounced back to me. I hope
