I'm sure this question has been asked before.

Could anyone give me any pointers to PC or MAC X11 servers which would run
under the following configurations:

Machine: stock IBM PC AT with 1 Meg. Memory, Ethernet Card
Display: IBM EGA Colour
Mouse: 2 Button

Machine: stock Apple Macintosh IIx with 8 Meg. Memory, Ethernet Card
Display: Radix High-resolution 19" monochrome monitor
Mouse: Standard Apple 1 Button

How would any such servers get around the lack of a three-button mouse on
these machines?
