Root) Organization: The Internet Lines: 24 Hi, I am not able to dump a window on a sun color monitor to a correct postscript file in X on the sun.The following is the sequence of things I am doing. When I print out the .ps file I get a rectangular region which is completely black. xwd -xy -out dumpfile That generates a file called "dumpfile". Then : xpr -output dump.ps -device ps dumpfile generates the file "dump.ps". It is this file that when printed out results in a complete black patch where th figure should have been. Thisproblem is only on a color monitor, on a black and white monitor there is no problem and the picture is fine. I will appreciate any possible help. Rajit Gadh (412) 642 6900
