Subject: DS3100, DXterm and the F11 (ESC) key

I am trying to run a non-X application on my DECstation thru DXterm.
The application uses the function keys on the DEC keyboard (F6-F20,
Edit keys, arrow keys and keypad keys). DXterm is set to vt300 (7-bit)
and the application receives escape sequences as defined for vt300
with the exception of the F11 key which sends a single escape. It
should be sending ESC [ 2 3 ~.
