Sorry, you'll never get this with uwm, it is not a reparenting window
manager and thus will never provide title bars.  Try one of the numerous
window reparenting window manager around, such as:  dxwm, olwm (from Sun)
olwm (from ATT), mwm, awm, gwm, wm, or twm.  Did I miss any?
