I think I may have asked this here before, but...

Has anyone modified the tags-file routines to accept a list of tags
files rather than just one? It seems to me to be a nice feature, but
my elisp is not really up to the task (I don't have a copy of the
manual). There is a large tags file here for a big library of
routines, but I would also like to tag my local files, for both local
versions of the library routines and test programs.
