I just want to write I'm also one of the refugees, who actually RUNS
VMSNET at TWICS, and who can't afford paying more than 100,000yen
($800) to get access to UUNET DIRECTLY. <sigh>

I'm not complaining; I just want to subscribe vmsnet.* groups.
