Yes, why indeed!  However, if we're going to start "re-voting" on
misnamed groups, let's start with comp.society.women and sci.skeptic
before we move on to sci.aquaria!  Of course, we *should* start with
news.groups;  I feel it should be renamed "news.flame" or perhaps
"news.flame.vote.revote.flame".
