I fail to see why one is good and the other bad. Be that as it may, if the supporters of this group want it to be read, they should open the charter to non-soliciting postings, as well (e.g., "The American Cancer Society is sponsoring The Great American Smokeout next week" or "The Heart Association is conducting a survey.
