We are currently running B news version 2.11 and are looking into
upgrading to C news for its performance advantages.  The C news
documentation discusses setting the system up from scratch, but does not
talk about upgrades.  Is there any documentation out there that deals
specifically with this upgrade? Does anyone have suggestions or warnings
to share?
