Some or all of this may be old news, but here it is -

The November issue of Q magazine (UK) has a great article/interview
about/with Kate, quite long.

Also of great note, it says that the early photos of Kate in the
layout are from the book 'Cathy', by John Carder Bush; published
by Kindlight, PO Box 30, Welling, Kent DA 16 3DL (L 17.20 inc p&p).

Anyone know more about this book, and how much more I'd have to
send them to get it here (California)?
