In the latest issue of STV Guide (Dec '89), they have a nice listing in the
front of the guide section of the regular programming on some of the Music 
Video cable channels (MTV, Vh-1, CMTV, and MuchMusic).  They do have the 
new schedule for VH-1.  On Mon-Thursday, VH-1 has two time slots with 
"artist Spotlight" shows.  The first is at 7:30 EST and the other is at
10:30 EST (all times p.m.)  On the weekends, they really go all out with 
a 4.5 hour block of them starting at 8:30 pm EST on Saturday.  This weekend,
they had profiles of Richard Marx, Lou Reed, Squeeze, and Phil Collins.
The Phil Collins one was followed by a half hour of Phil Collins videos.
On Sundays, they have two profiles at 3 pm and two more at 6pm.
