Lines: 17 I have before me a pamphlet from Philips lighting concerning their ``AGRO-LITE'' plant growth lights. It contains this fragment: ``... extensive testing was jointly conducted by North Carolina State University and Philips Lighting'' (concerning the mix of intensities and wavelengths necessary for optimal plant growth) Does anybody have any more information on this ?
