Although modern communism may advacote or require some evil actions, the underlying philosophy goes very well with that of Christ. In fact, one of the few communist societies to ever have worked was the first contury Christians. Acts 2:44-45(NIV) states: "All believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need" If this is not communism, I do not know what is. Yes, today's version of communism is evil, and is failing because it is missing Christ, but please don't say an entire sociey sharing everything is bad. BTW: My theory on why Christians hate communism: Politics. There is one political party in this nation that claims to stand for Christian values. It also has something major against commies.
