Hello

I am looking for a program that will give me the best possible RNA 
sequence (least secondary structure) for a coding sequence, given
an amino acid sequence.  I have heard of references to a program 
done as a thesis project at MIT in the mid 70's that did this for
a specific set of genes... but can't find any "real" references
to this work.  

If anyone has any info on such a program... or can just point me in
the proper direction, I will be very appreciative.
