This is my first attempt at posting an item to news, so apologies if I've
done something wrong or breached some protocol. I am trying to get info
on bibliography management software for unix systems, in particular
REFER and BIB. I was told that REFER might be available in the public
domain - but where. In any case, where can I get hold of source for
either REFER or BIB - public domain or otherwise? Send replies to
