ACS Demo in the dirst place doesn't come across as a utility. It's a demo! I was also going on the assumption that because this piece of software had been discussed in decent length a month or two ago, that most people would know what it is. Reponse #1 is the description. You can get binscii for a unix machine. It's very fast on a good unix machine, and it saves download time by a good margin. The sources are available somewhere, I can't remember exactly.
