I am looking for a C++ compiler or preprocessor and I was 
wondering if there was one available at Simtel20 or another
anonymous FTP site?  I have seen one on a local BBS called
COMPLTC.ZIP (2 large files) but was wondering if it or another
could be accessed over the Internet.  Thanks for the info.
