Does anyone know where I can get the most recent TeX distribution considering
I don't have FTP access?  I'm interested in porting PLTOTF, PXTOPK, etc. to
MSDOS.  Is it permitted to reside on SIMTEL <msdos.tex> considering they're
not DOS programs per se?  I sure would like to see the distribution get there.
