If you just have a 640K XT or AT, DoubleDOS is the Ok, I have a 386, and need more information. Would someone please provide it by either mailing me at the address below, or posting to this group? If you know where DoubleDos may be obtained, please get let us know. >The program lets you run up to 3 programs at a time and only uses 30k for >itself! And I have NEVER had it lock up the system on me (I have both >DoubleDOS and an older version of DesqView also, which constantly lock up on >my Tandy 1000A). I have used PCMIX, but not as smoothly as in the above. It did do the things described, but it played funny tricks on kermit, and other programs which were started from within PCMIX. Mainly, the sreen colors which evolved in kermit were lousy, but also, editing files while in PCMIX caused some very strange behaviour. That is editing on both a remote mainframe and on a PC. Any help with the above requests would be greatly appreciated. Ian * All I really need to know | Ian Dillon * * I learned in kindergarden | * * | BITNET: dillon@uhccux.bitnet * * > R.
