FOSIL006.ARC    Initialize/deinitialize FOSSILs of ports 1-16

This program will initialize or deintialize FOSSIL. Also it will send
a message through the FOSSIL, raise and lower DTR, enable and disable
watchdog function, get baud rate from FOSSIL and works with ports 1
through 16. Instrumental for DoubleDos people running doors in *other*
partitions and OPUS BBS people running doors that would work better if
the FOSSIL wasn't there.
