Could someone point me towards an Oracle Mailing List.

We are considering Oracle to build a VERY LARGE database - ie.
millions of records, with huge records. It is to be implemented
on a PRIME 6550.
Any information/data on performance/pitfalls/advantages/disadvantages
of using Oracle (or is there something else out there "the experts"
recommend) would be greatly appreciated.
